| Dennis J. Mangus, CEO/President | Upon graduation from Pennsylvania State University,
Denny entered the U.S. Naval Aviation Flight Training Center at Pensacola,
Florida. Most of his active duty encompassed operations from aircraft
carriers off the North Vietnam coast as a Search and Rescue Helicopter
pilot. He received several air medals and the Navy Cross with Combat "V"
for rescues inside North Vietnam while under enemy fire. Denny has over
30 years of business management experience in the airline and aviation
manufacturing industries.

| Charles R. Smith, Vice President | Chuck joined the U. S. Navy upon completing
of his college studies and became a helicopter pilot. His active duty
flight responsibilities were off of aircraft carriers in the South China
Sea. Chuck was also a part of the recovery team for the early astronauts.
Upon completion of active duty, Chuck remained in the Navy Reserves while
he developed a real estate management company. In addition to his real
estate projects, Mr. Smith has been instrumental in the successful start
up of DISC, Inc., which is a high tech internet support company in Palm
Springs, California.

| James E. McKee, III, CFO | James McKee brings a depth of experience in finance, administration and business creation in e-commerce. Prior to co-founding TradeHarbor, Mr. McKee was a founder, Vice President & Secretary of PaylinX Corporation, an electronic commerce software firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO. Prior to co-founding PaylinX Corporation, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Tapestry Computing, Inc., a software consulting and integration firm. Mr. McKee's background includes positions in both Finance and Marketing/Sales for firms such as Ameritech, AT&T and Southwestern Bell. He has been an advocate of new technology, heading groups specializing in computers, wireless data and wireless PBX's for these Bell System companies. Mr. McKee's education includes: B.A English, B.S. Management, M.B.A. Marketing, and he attended M.I.T. for an Advanced Data Processing Program.

| Paul O'Donnell, Project Manager and Test Pilot | As a contract test pilot for Flight Tests Associates, LLC, Paul completed the initial airworthiness flight test on the A-37 radar pod for the Southcom drug trafficing reduction program. Paul has extensive background in program management for both military and civilian flight test projects. Paul has conducted test flights for nearly all of the aircraft operated by the National Guard Air Reserve Test Center including the A-7, A-10, A-37, F-4, F-15 and F-16. While on active duty, Paul developed a joint service flight test program for reserve components. Paul is also a current FAA test pilot designee. As a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) for the FAA, Paul assisted in the original flight test portion of the C-123T conversion project for the Royal Thai Air Force. |
